At Thrive Fitness, my goal is to help you become the strongest, healthiest, and most confident version of yourself. I pride myself in being a client-centered coach, making YOU my first priority.
I provide personalized Mat Pilates & Mobility sessions tailored to you, your body & your goals. While also making sure that you’re having fun, laughing and enjoying the process. I believe that fitness should be a way to build strength, both mentally and physically, and a way to invest in your own health and wellness.
I am also a firm believer in the importance of rest and recovery. As an instructor I strive to create a balance in our sessions. My aim is to equip you with the knowledge and tools for you to continue making healthy habits for life even after Thrive.
